Barre
Our 60 or 45-minute, no-impact fitness class focused on flexibility and total body strengthening. This unique method creates a lean physique by utilizing components of ballet, yoga, and Pilates.
Attire: Barre socks for anti-slippage and workout wear. Weights will be provided for all in studio classes. If you’re taking this classes virtually, you’ll need light weights and a heavy piece of furniture.
Barre HIIT
In essence this 45-minute experience is an express Barre class with a 12-minute HIIT section in the middle (think high-knees, skaters, and fast-feet) providing the perfect blend of toning with the added benefit of a cardio burst for increased heart-rate and that "burn" we know and love.

Barre Strength
This 45-min barre class format includes the use of heavier weights, your choice of either 8 or 10 lbs. As we age, most of us are losing muscle mass at a rate of about 5 percent per decade. By lifting heavier weights we can reverse this decline, studies show. We can gain muscle mass and strength, as well as better mobility, mental sharpness and metabolic health.
Attire: Barre socks for anti-slippage and workout wear. 8 or 10 lb weights will be provided for all in studio classes.
305 Fitness
305 Fitness is an addictive dance party with infectious music and a full-on cardio workout inspired by the club scene in Miami. High intensity rhythmic cardio means that you’ll burn up to 900 calories in one 45-minute session. You will sweat and smile profusely and in equal measures.
Attire: Sneakers and workout wear.
SoulFlow Yoga
SoulFlowYoga is a mix of stillness & a restorative flow releasing the day, relaxing the mind and renewing the soul. Led by candlelight, this class is a compassionate healing class designed to release deep layers of tension stored in the physical and energetic body within a unique class environment. Within this nurturing and friendly space, you will explore all possibilities in your restorative flow - you may laugh, you may cry, heck you may enjoy some Bob Marley. You‘ll be encouraged to be you, and to find your peace within this special unexpected hour of restoration.
